The third 'good' ending is one where Sayori lives.
There is actually 3 endings to the game, the normal ending, a short ending if you start a new game after deleting a specific game file, and a 'good' ending where you get thanked for playing. Just keep playing - the game only actually ends when you get the credits playing.
